These terms govern use of the osvoy.com website and the Osvoy Verify service, both provided by
OSVOY YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By using the site you accept them.
1. The website
Site content is informational. Product capabilities, coverage and pricing may be updated without notice; no statement on the site constitutes a binding offer on its own.
You may not scrape the site with automated tools in a way that degrades it, attempt to circumvent its security measures, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
2. Using the service
Osvoy Verify is a business API service; it is not offered directly to consumers. Its use is governed by the service agreement signed between the parties and by the Data Processing Agreement. Where these terms conflict with those agreements, the agreements prevail.
The organisation using the service is responsible for:
- informing the individuals being verified and, where required, obtaining their explicit consent;
- setting its own retention and deletion policy and configuring the API accordingly;
- keeping its API keys confidential;
- using the service in compliance with applicable law, in particular KVKK, GDPR and the relevant AML regulations.
3. The nature of verification results
Verification results are decision-support output derived from document and biometric analysis and list screening. Setting the accept, reject and manual-review thresholds — and making the final decision — rests with the organisation using the service. Osvoy is not liable for the consequences of commercial decisions taken on the basis of a verification.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content and design, the software and the models belong to Osvoy. The brand, logo and content may not be used without written permission. The right granted to a customer is a non-transferable licence, limited to and lasting for the term of the service agreement.
5. Service continuity
Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Osvoy is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, by its infrastructure providers, or by disruption at third-party list providers. Any service level commitments are set out separately in the service agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Osvoy is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Total liability for direct damages is limited to the service fees paid by the relevant customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes.
8. Changes
When these terms are updated, the date above changes. Customers are notified separately of material changes.
